I am a licensed real estate broker, and founder/owner of Feon. After participating in the real estate industry in Austin for over fourteen years, I have concluded that a very fundamental change is in order regarding the process by which consumers access and pay for the real estate services that they want and need. I founded Feon to offer a la carte, fee-only consulting, listing, buyer representation, leasing, and property management services for the savvy client.
Simply stated, my business model is built on a fee-based compensation structure; percentages, commissions, and property sales price are not used to formulate fees or compensation for my services.
I have participated in the Austin real estate market in various capacities since 1994. I co-owned a top producing firm (as ranked by the Austin Business Journal, by sales volume) that was ranked #8 in Austin in two of the last three years of my participation. I am experienced in all facets of real estate investment, from procurement through rehabilitation, leasing, and property management. I have represented buyers, sellers and landlords at price points from 100K through 2M+. I have sold HUD and VA foreclosures, starter through mid-range residential properties, and high-end custom homes.
I appreciate every opportunity to meet with potential buyers and sellers of real estate to determine whether or not I am the right broker for him/her and for their transaction.
